South Western Railway | Staff Abuse

As frontline workers, unfortunately SWR staff can sometimes fall victim to thoughtless abuse from frustrated commuters. But people don’t realise that the abuse they give, can stay with our staff longer than they think. In this campaign, we wanted to highlight the lasting impact that some of this abuse can have on staff.
